IF I DIE TODAY is a place where we can share our stories as marginalized people. Today, in the United States, the fact is too often our visions, dreams, and our realities are cut short without a chance to be heard. This site was created as a personal initiative to allow us to tell the stories that we want to tell, instead of waiting for something to speak on our behalf. Before it's too late.

ABOUT

IF I DIE TODAY is a place where people can tell others their story and share what they would leave behind if they were to die today. This was created because all over the world, the lives of people of color are unexpectedly cut short due to police brutality, systemic racism, and more. Others will tell the stories they wish to share, creating a vision of someone else, someone who no longer have a chance to share their own vision of their life. The stories here are a celebration of the lives of people who are discriminated against and who they are. These voices should be shared with the world and not be silenced behind a wall of oppression.
